Pusanweb -The Next Chapter Survey

It is once again that wonderful time of year - Hammock Season! Last year, as I headed for the hammock, I was burnt out from managing the site by myself, frustrated at not being able to legally turn the site into a commercial entity, and contemplating bringing the curtain down on Pusanweb. Hammock season provided some much needed RR&R (Rest, Relaxation, & Reflection). and about a hundred encouraging emails from visitors expressing their hope that Pweb would rise again and offering whatever assistance they could. By the time I returned from Hammock Land, I'd realized that I couldn't abandon this baby. For better and worse, managing this site had become an integral part of 'who I am' and 'what I do', and despite its many flaws, plays a mostly positive role in the community and in my life and still has lots of potential for growth. Meetings were held, new goals set, and lots of computer time logged. Not all of those goals have been met, but during the past year, Pweb went through a major redesign and restructuring, began legally commercializing as an overseas company, and most importantly began receiving help from a small but dedicated group of managers and contributors.

So now, Hammock Season 2003 is here and I have headed south for a few weeks. In between fruit shakes, I suspect I'll be pondering what went well and what didn't go so well on the site this past year, as well developing a new set of goals for the coming year. The wheels have already started spinning thanks to an offer from Thor May, our Writing Section Manager, to Interview me about the site. You can read my frightfully ungrammatical answers to his question in the Writing Center.
The feedback I received last year was tremendously valuable in making this site better, and so I'd like to invite Pweb's visitors, oldtimers and newbies alike, to once again share their comments and suggestions. This time around, we've got lots of specific questions for you. Below is a megalist of these questions concerning various sections and aspects of Pusanweb.
