Yoga

We practice on Saturdays at the Migliore from 3-5:00PM. The class is in English and taught by a native English speaker certified in the Sivananda tradition. We sometimes meet at odd times in addition to the Saturday classes.

To attend, go to Exit 6 in Seomyeon. Before exiting onto the street, check the map for the Migliore. The class is in Club Chicago, on the 5th floor. If you are not a member of the club, they charge W10,000 to use the club (which includes all equiptment and the sauna). It's as if the group rents the space from the club. If you attend regularly, you can get every 5th class for free, lowering the cost to W7,500.

Several of the students in this group have really taken to the style and are either thinking of certifying in the style or have already made plans to do so--and some of these were complete novices in the first place. So, the group has a mood which is conducive to progress and growth.
