dongseo 7th annual softball charity event

Location: Dongseo University; Line 1 (coming from Haeundae) go pass Somyeon, its 5 stops (I think), Naeng-jung. Exit forward, in the direction of the train, and left. So the foreward most left exit. Exit #1 (again, I think) Hop in a cab. There is a taxi stop right there and say 'Dong-su, Day-Hok-yo'. Go up the hill, through the gate entrance and head upward right and left like a snake. 50 yards you'll see the field. You cant miss it.

Coed teams of 8 to 15 or more are encouraged to join. 1 girl must take the field, if you have 2 you can field 10. Bat as many as you like. Its 15,000 won per player. All the money, and yes I mean ALL, goes to an orphanage and rehabilitation center. Its a school, vocational training site and church and dormitory. They take orphans and handicapped persons under the age of 18 and provide and teach and train them in the hopes of entering society and being functional. They even match make and the old guy that runs it is the preacher and has a handful of ceremonies under his belt. We play all day and its a ton of fun. There will be an after party at Sunset Bar and Grill in Haeundae the following Sunday and they are sponsoring the trophies and providing discounts to the captains and their teams.

Space is limited and you need to confirm with a roster and 50,000 deposit. Rosters and deposits will be handled in due course on a case by case basis.

Its always a a lot of fun and I expect it will be again. See you there,
