Book/DVD Swap

From the forums:

The first Swap will be held on Sunday Sept. 30th at 6:00 p.m. at Moe's.

(Moe's is upstairs from Soul Trane. If you don't know SOul Trane: from the main PNU gate, walk out to the main road, turn left, go down to the next traffic light (about 200 meters) and turn left. Soul Trane will be a few paces up on your left, and Moe's is upstairs.)

Bring whatever you want to swap (books, DVDs, VHS tapes, PS2 games, PC games, etc.) and swap/sell/lend with others. (I'd like to restrict it to that sort of stuff so people aren't bringing down their used toasters, fans, and cutlery and so on.) Whatever deals you work out are totally up to you. The manager at Moe's is going to get back to me soon about possible food/drink specials as well.

Doors open at 4:00, and the exchange can go on for as long as people are there. I'm saying 6:00 for the benefit of people who are coming from out of town, or people who don't want to stay for a long time, so that they can come at a peak time to meet the maximum number of other swappers. Let's shoot for 6:00, and see what happens.

Also, you can check out the Swapmeet Facebook group (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4747868095) for info. You can post your stuff there and see what people might be interested in before you go, rather than lugging a huge box of stuff up there. Or use it to hook up with other people from the group if you can't make the actual get-together.
