Busan Yoga

We practice weekly, on Saturdays, from 2-4:00PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago. The get to the Migliore, go out of the Subway Exit 6, and follow the road up to the right, in the direction of the mountain. We practice pranayama (breath control), and 12 asanas (poses). The style is meditative. All levels can practice and get an appropriate challenge.
